Just read your comment at Sadly No about the partisanification of lefty blogs in re Clinton Obama OMG the horror.
What I mean to say: I liked your sensible suggestion of (and these are my words not yours) grabbing them by the scruffs of their necks and plopping them down for some talk about goals, about which, as we know, they are not in such spectacular disagreement.
Sigh. Does nothing count these days unless blood is drawn? Are we bread, or are we circuses?
Sometimes I just want to retreat to my daydreams of bread and roses. But what I am really trying to do is keep to the mission.

Perhaps we can enjoy our roses, and also try to reach goals that will benefit people. Becoming part of a passionate group is very appealing, but not a goal in and of itself.
I followed you here from 'Teh Sadly Noes!' to imbibe somemore of your delicious snark. I found 'Sadly No!' about a year ago when I linked to it from another site to illustrate what fun they were having at the expense of Ann Althouse. (most of the comment posts were those pretending to be Althouse) I hadn't laughed so hard in a long time and it went immediately into my list of favorites!
I've recently been visting often again as a refuge from the ongoing 'Hitlery v. Hussein Obama' wars. I've even commented on some other of my fav sites that I wouldn't be visiting again until the nomination's been wrapped up; I am just sick to death of the rancor.
Thanks for lending your considerable intellect to the internets!

Hasn't K-Lo seen When Harry Met Sally?
