No. The teenagers on Facebook have better grammar, are more coherent, and have better insight than McArdle.
A couple other subtle differences:
High school kids blame teachers for all their problems, but Megan blames teacher's unions.
High school kids are often babbling on their cellphones, whereas Megan is often babbling about her cellphone.
Yes, there are a dozen decent kids for every jerk in a typical classroom.
