The Office Channel
God help me, reading The Atlantic has become like watching an episode of The Office. McArdle is having sex with Conservatism while pretending to be engaged to Libertarianism. Ta-Nehsi Coates has encased Ross Douthat's crucifix in Jello. Jeffrey Goldberg has a beet farm in the (Middle Eastern) countryside and can skin a Gazan in ten minutes. And Andrew Sullivan lords over them all, his core decency lost under a cloud of self-doubt and assumptions of male privilege.
